Cantor

A
convicted criminal who was imprisoned on
Planabos.
He is an expert in mining.
Yagon broke him
out of the detention centre so that he could use his mining expertise to extract
Barlumin. He was recaptured and sent to
a
Galactic Federation rehabilitation
centre. He had a liking for
Glando, which
he sometimes drank to excess.
Captain

The
Captain of the
Thargon Thick
Ship, searching for the runaway criminals
Sula
and
Flyn. He does not like the
Galactic
Federation, and deliberately failed to inform the Galactic Federation when
the ship entered Galactic Federation space.
Carol
Chaircreature

The
creature that chaired the
Galactic
Federation committee that discussed the
Sorson
and
Thargon incursion into closed space
around the Earth.
The Chaircreature sent John to the Proctor
Detention Centre when he objected to the lack of action taken by the committee.
When the Tomorrow People and
Morgan Evans threatened the Galactic
Trig with a Sorson battle ship, the Chaircreature released John, but suspended
the Tomorrow Peoples' membership of the Galactic Federation.
Later the Chaircreature realised that the Galactic Federation was too bureaucratic
and out of touch, and decided to shake up the Federation, to make it enforce
laws and protect closed worlds. The Tomorrow People were also re-admitted
to the Federation.
Chris

He
is
Ginge's younger brother. He has also become
friends with the
Tomorrow People.
He is not a biker. He owns and drives a Jeep. He is not adverse to physical
violence, often offering his services to the Tomorrow People when they can
not use their telepathic abilities.
He is learning judo.
His full name is Christopher Harding.
Colonel Masters

He
is in charge of the official Ministry of Defence
Telepathic
Research Project and has his headquarters at the
Experimental
Weapons Establishment. He orders the capture of various
Tomorrow
People, and the use of
Synaptrol.
He strongly believes that the Tomorrow People must be forced to work for
the military, as other countries are working along similar lines. He would
rather have a Tomorrow Person die rather than escape.
Copin

An
unintelligent silver android. He belongs to
Rabowski.
He rebelled against Rabowski and started taking orders from
Jedikiah.
He was accidentally destroyed by Jedikiah during a fight with
Peter.
Cotus

He
was an ancient Britain. His parents got into debt and sold him to the gladiator
school run by
Gaius in Silchester. When he
was Gaius's favourite he learnt to build a steam engine. When he was freed by
the
Tomorrow People, he returned
to the gladiator school and repaired the steam engine. This caused a
Time
Warp. Later he was knocked unconscious and lost his memory, correcting the
Time Warp.
Cyclops

The
Cyclops was stranded near Earth when his spaceship was damaged, and his
telepathic
crew was killed. He used his robot
Jedikiah
to capture the
Tomorrow People so
that they could pilot his ship to take him home. He was eventually sent home
by
jaunting him with with additional power
from his spaceship. His race has visited the Earth several times, but they were
always treated badly, this made him mistrust everyone and lead to him kidnapping
them.
