A shape-changing galactic criminal called Neebor. He escaped to Earth, took human form and changed his name to Hitler. He then rose to power in Nazi Germany. When it became clear that the war was lost he arranged to be put into suspended animation, with orders to be woken after forty years. He then planned to take over the Earth with the younger generation that had been genetically programmed to follow his orders.

She was living as a Child God in the Temple of Shansu. As she was breaking-out she managed to contact Mike. The Tomorrow People rescued her just before she was put to death so that she could be re-born into another child.

She was close to Mike, often defending his position against John. She is also a singer and made some appearances at Bruce Forbes' hotel.
