A Russian telepath. She has been conscripted to work for the KGB.
She was born on the 28th January 1960. When she was a teenager a group of scientists from the Soviet Institute of Paranormal Studies visited her school to test everyone for paranormal abilities. Three weeks later a holiday was arranged for her class by the KGB. During the holiday the KGB faked Pavla's death and forced her to work for the KGB. During her training the KGB surgically implanted a small explosive device. If she were captured the device could be exploded killing her, preventing her passing on information.
Pavla has only developed the ability to read minds. She is able to read the mind of any person near by, whether they are telepathic or not. The subject is not even aware that their mind has been read. This ability is more advanced than the Tomorrow People's mind reading ability.
One spying mission took her to London to read the minds of the delegates at the NATO conference. She managed to escape the KGB man assigned to escort her.
Her surname is Vlasova.
His grandfather is Zenon.
In an attempt to find another telepath he starts testing school children to try to find some one with brain waves similar to Stephen. He finds Tyso just before he breaks-out. He is persuaded to work for Colonel Masters.
She worked for the same university as Professor Cawston. Her first name is Winnie.
