One of the chiefs from Regoraa. The chiefs planned the expedition for Tirayaan and Kwaan so that they could be killed and the chiefs could take control of Regoraa. Vektaan lead the rebellion on the father-ship.

The leader of the Vesh Warriors in the area near the hideout that the Tomorrow People used while on the planet Peeri. His son Arkron saw John, Stephen and Tikno walking to the Kulthan pyramid. Vanyon then ordered that they be captured as he thought that they were servants of the Kulthan. After they were captured they persuaded him that they were Star Vesh. The Vesh Warriors then joined the Tomorrow People in an attack on the Kulthan pyramid.

The man in charge of the area the Tomorrow People travel to on the planet Peeri. His main job is to capture Vesh and burn them for the Kulthan. He was very dedicated to his work, and often took people that were not Vesh. He lead many of the Vesh hunts in his area, and seemed to get a lot of pleasure by frightening the people he captured.
