A criminal mastermind who developed a plan to create a Photonic explosion containing Barlumin. This would spread the Barlumin across the galaxy, inhibiting all the telepathic abilities in all the telepaths in the galaxy. He broke Cantor out of a detention centre so that he could use his mining expertise to extract Barlumin. He then hired Glip to take them to Earth where he believed there was a deposit of Barlumin. When his plan failed he was captured and sent to a Galactic Federation rehabilitation centre.
